I follow the ConVal School District’s schedule for winter weather events. Check the WMUR school closings to determine if a class is cancelled. If the district is on a delayed opening, then afternoon classes will be held.
Yoga aims to bring health to our whole being. In order to create a safe atmosphere for you and for me, I've set the following protocols. They're subject to change as the situation with this virus changes.
Masks: Masks are not currently required. Please be prepared and bring your own mask that covers your nose and mouth, in the event you need one. I will provide masks for you if you don’t have one.
Props and Mats: I recommend you bring your own. There are mats, blocks, straps, blankets and bolsters for your use if you've forgotten something for a class. I'm spraying those with sanitizer after use.
Cleanliness: I have set out hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes and tissues. You can also find hand sanitizer in the rest room. There is a Blue Air filter running in the studio during class. When the weather allows, windows are opened to allow a cross-breeze.
Health: If you are feeling ill the day of class, please stay at home. Contact me to arrange a credit for the missed class.

Yoga brings me a deep sense of stillness and core body awareness. I'm particularly interested in biomechanics, how preparation and body alignment before moving into a pose allows the body to express that pose more fully. Yoga has helped me understand the mechanics of my own body better, to feel more grounded and connected, and to slow down. The fluidity of Vinyassa Flow yoga especially resonate with my personal energy. I continue to discover how the breath creates all movement, that when you begin with the breath, it lifts the movement into and through the posture. Finding that breath and bringing focus to it is the initiation place of yoga.
I create space for you to feel grounded and safe where you can explore and grow, to have a personal practice within a communal experience, even in a virtual studio! . My classes include different styles and methods of practice, so you can find what resonates with you.
My hope for you is to keep moving as gracefully and comfortably as possible for as long as possible. My hope for you is to cultivate an awareness of your body sensations, thoughts, and spirit, embodied movement, body and breath together. Mindfulness extends from your own awareness of self to interactions with other beings. And that is how we change the world.
